CORONA-UPDATE - Our cancellation conditions for the winter season 2020/2021
FOR ARRIVALS FROM 06.01.2021 to 05.04.2021
For all bookings we guarantee the security of free cancellation up to 48h before arrival if one of the following reasons applies:
FOR ARRIVALS FROM 12.02 to 21.02.2021
For all bookings, we guarantee the security to cancel free of charge up to 7 days prior to arrival if any of the following reasons apply:
Should one of these cases occur, we will cancel the booking free of charge at your request. We will promptly refund the deposit already paid. Otherwise, the general hotel and contract conditions apply.
We generally always recommend that you take out travel insurance, as unforeseeable reasons can arise that you have to cancel your long-awaited vacation at very short notice. This is then covered by the insurance. So you can look forward to the booked trip with a secure feeling.
Your wellbeing and security is very important to me, therefore we have installed a special air purification and disinfection system for you in the Salena.

- you have been tested positive with Covid-19 (presentation of a positive test result is necessary)
- you are not allowed to use our Wellness & Spa facilities due to an official order.
