Building on the knowledge gained in stage 1, the company's sustainability efforts are intensified in various fields of action. The company has a plan of action in the defined areas of activity and implements its sustainability goals there. This process is reviewed independently. All companies at level 2 submit a scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas balance sheet. In addition to the greenhouse gas balance, all companies must define measures
and implement them.
