Each apartment is fully furnished and have flat screen TVs with a Home Cinema & Sound System, a Whirlpool, a Sauna and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, induction hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge / freezer, dishes and pans. Free high-speed Wi-Fi internet access in all apartments.

All Chalets are strictly No Smoking!
Certified "KLIMAHAUS"
Your apartment is “Klimahaus Certified”, meaning that the building has been rated not only for its green energy efficiency but also for its low environmental impact and contribution to the health and wellbeing of its guests. Enjoy the benefits of a pleasant and revitalizing indoor climate during the summer and the winter months and feel refreshed over the course of your stay.
Arrival and Departure
On the day of arrival, the Chalets are available from 3pm. If you will arrive later than 6pm, we kindly ask that you notify us. On the day of departure, we request that you vacate the Chalet by 10am at the latest. In cases of early departure or late arrival, we must charge 100% of the booked stay
Reservations
A reservation is considered fixed only after you have made a deposit. The deposit can be sent to us by Postal Order, Bank Transfer or Credit Card.

LOCAL TAX
Prices listed do not include the mandatory local tax, which all accommodation facilities in South Tyrol are legally required to charge, of € 3,70 per person and per day. The tax does not apply to children and teenagers up to the age of 14.

Cancellation Fees
For cancellations made up to 1 month before arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. For cancellations made between 29 and 15 days before arrival, we charge 30% of the booked stay. For cancellations made between 14 to 3 days, 70% of the booked stay is charged. From 2 days before arrival, in case of cancelation, late arrival or early departure 100% of the booked stay will be charged.
Travel Insurance
In order to avoid cancellation fees incurred due to late arrival or sickness or other justified causes, we recommend a travel insurance. We will be pleased to give you further information upon request or when booking.
