More than 10,000 bottles and around 450 different labels are stored in our "Millenium Weinquell", where our Wine Academic & Sommelier Akos organises interesting weekly tastings & wine tastings fascinating insights into the the world of wine. From him you will learn many exciting about exquisite specialities, great names and rare vintages.
The wine list from Hotel Quelle was honoured in 2022 at the "Milano Wine Week" with the "Carta vini dell'anno " in the category "Ristorante d'albergo" .

There are rarities such as Château Haut Brion from 1989, the Château Mouton Collection Rotschild collection of various vintages from 1968 onwards and wine legends such as the Grange from Australia.

Wine academic Akos Joo was introduced to the forgotten art of sabering in 2015, uncorking champagne with a cavalry sabre.
