As the daughter of the operators of the Quelle 5-star hotel, Sarah Steinmair has grown up in the family business. A passion for and dedication to the business were instilled in her at an early age. After completing her training in confectionery and pastry, she supported the Quelle kitchen team as Chef de Patisserie from 2006 to 2013. You can therefore particularly look forward to the daily sweet surprises in your
chalet in Santa Maddalena. From 2013 to 2018, Sarah ran Uwald Alm. She was well known there for her warm demeanour, charm and radiant smile.
